How fresh is the coffee I will receive?
At Cowpresso, we roast our beans in small batches multiple times a week to ensure maximum freshness. Every bag is marked with a roast date, and we typically ship orders within 48 hours of roasting.
Do you offer free delivery within Singapore?
Yes, we offer free standard doorstep delivery for all local orders above $50. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee applies.
Can I request for my coffee beans to be ground?
Absolutely. You can select your preferred grind size (Espresso, V60/Filter, Cold Brew, or French Press) on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
What is your return policy for coffee products?
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on roasted beans. However, if there is an issue with your order or equipment, please contact us within 7 days for a resolution or replacement.
