At Cowpresso Coffee Roasters, we strive for perfection in every roast, but we understand that issues may occasionally arise with your order. Due to the perishable nature of coffee beans, we offer returns and exchanges primarily on brewing equipment and accessories within 7 days of delivery.

Verification & Approval
Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and meets our eligibility criteria.
Secure Packaging
Pack the items securely to prevent damage during transit and include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation inside the parcel.
Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch a replacement item within 3-5 business days.
